As Moms, we all want the same things for our children. We
want for them a life that is anchored by faith and family and lighted
by their hopes and dreams for the future. And we want to provide them
with the education that they will need to one day go in pursuit of
those dreams. We hope they will grow to be compassionate, caring
adults who understand as much about the responsibilities of being an
American citizen as they do about the rewards. And we hope that as
they grow, we will be able to give them life's greatest gift-Faith.
Faith in God, faith in themselves and faith in each other.
But
to do all of those things, we realize that we need to stay involved and
stay informed about the events and issues that our children will face. Moms
For America is dedicated to helping Moms and their families get the
information they need about the issues and events that will effect
their lives and the lives of their children, as well as providing links
to daily devotionals, as well as information on family and faith issues
and current stories in the news.
We hope
that you will find this site helpful. If you would like to see

Obama's New World Order- Courtesy of ABC
Tuesday, 16 June 2009
From Drudge Report:
"On the night of June 24, the media and government become
one, when ABC turns its programming over to President Obama and White
House officials to push government run health care -- a move that has
ignited an ethical firestorm!"
"Job-market improvement has always lagged behind economic recovery, often with serious political consequences. In May 1981, President Ronald Reagan faced a 7.5% unemployment rate, which rose to 10.4% in October 1982, before the GOP lost 26 House seats."
From The Wall Street Journal: How To Flee An Ailing Industry
Saturday, 06 June 2009
From The Wall Street Journal:
"With the unemployment rate hitting a new 25-year high Friday, many workers and layoff victims in the worst-suffering industries are looking for safer sectors. Industries including autos, financial services and retailing have been hit especially hard during the recession, shedding tens of thousands of jobs. Even as the overall job market shows signs of stabilization, companies in some of the worst-hit sectors may recover more slowly, and job-seekers may be better off looking at new industries. But making that change can be tough. We asked career coaches and human resource experts how to navigate into a new sector."

Friday, 05 June 2009
From The New York Times:
"New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has confirmed an eighth death linked to swine flu, the first of a person older than 65, officials said Friday."
"One of the activists said of Obama, "He's an Arab Muslim and a gentile, he is fighting against the Jewish people and has declared that he will continue to do so. We already stated our intention to continue to build, no matter who is fighting us - Egypt, Germany or the US."

GM's Dismantling Opens Doors for Foreign Carmakers
Friday, 05 June 2009
Is America For Sale?
From Fox News:
"Roger Penske is inventing a new business model on the ruins of General Motors Corp. The auto racing magnate and mega dealership owner is snapping up Saturn and opening his expanded sales network to foreign automakers looking to sell cars to Americans. The deal announced Friday is another example of how the cataclysm that hit Detroit's three carmakers is reshaping the global automotive landscape in profound ways, reducing their worldwide influence and — if Saturn turns out as Penske envisions — opening new markets to smaller companies."
"Pigs on a Canadian farm have been infected with the new swine flu virus — apparently by a farm worker back from Mexico — and are under quarantine, officials said Saturday. It is the first known case of pigs having the virus."
" President Barack Obama voiced hope Friday that the swine flu virus will run its course "like ordinary flus" as officials reported more than two dozen new cases and scores more schools shut down."
"The U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom's annual report named Myanmar, North Korea, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, China, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam. It recommended that the Obama administration designate them as "countries of particular concern" or CPC. The group has issued a watch list that includes Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Egypt, Indonesia, Laos, Russia, Somalia, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Venezuela, countries that don't rise to the level of a CPC but need to be monitored."
